Angelo Santelli is a Michigan guitarist known best for his incendiary slide guitar sounds, which echo Duane Allman and Derek Trucks. Shortly after joining Michael Allman in October 2011, Santelli was given the nickname "Skypup" after Duane "Skydog" Allman. Santelli's first album under his own name was released December 18, 2014.
Santelli's other work includes Kalamazoo-based jam & blues-rock band Marble Garden with Nicholas Leroy Horn from 2006 to 2013, numerous live appearances with his father Tommy Santelli, live performances with Lansing-based blues band Kathleen & The Bridge Street Band, and several tours with Australian band Harper in 2013.
