The vibrant Barcelona-based soul and rhythm and blues group Koko-Jean & The Tonics are back with their new single 'Love Child', the title track to their highly anticipated second album, which will be released this autumn.

With 'Love Child', Miss Koko-Jean Davis (vocals), Dani Baraldés (guitar), Víctor Puertas (Hammond) and Marc Benaiges (drums) offer us a summer hit that captures the nostalgic essence of the Motown sound of the 60s, evoking the warmth of a summer in Brooklyn, where young people fall in love to the rhythm of the Temptations.

Following their acclaimed debut EP Hairwhip in February 2020, produced by Dani Nel lo, and the EP Please Mr. Milton in October of the same year, which featured guest appearances by the saxophonist, the band has continued to make their mark on the music scene with their fresh and energetic sound.

In October 2021, they released their first album, Shaken & Stirred , and since then they have been touring tirelessly throughout the Peninsula, France, Portugal and Italy, and have participated in prominent cycles such as Artistas En Ruta and Girando Por Salas. In addition, in 2022 they released the 7” Sick & Tired with two unreleased songs and in 2023 they appeared as guests on the popular TV3 program 'Euforia'.
