Brad Curtis & The SOME x 6 Band (pronounced sometimes six) are a four piece blues/rock band from Vancouver, BC Canada.
Brad began playing guitar/bass and writing songs at the age of 15 yrs, playing in coffee shops, church's, and high school's around his hometown of Prince George BC . The first singer/songwriter's to really influence Brad at a young age were Bruce Cockburn, Bob Dylan and John Fogerty. Brad's early musical influences were Tom Petty,Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, The Who, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Nazareth to name a few early bands/artist's.
After a lengthy absence Brad picked up his bass in 2002 and has continued to write songs and perform his songs live since. Brad has played with a multitude of wonderful players allowing him to grow as an artist/performer over the years..
