Bulldawg Blues Band is a Los Angeles, CA based band playing mostly electric blues and blues-rock. Formed in July 2012 with original guitarist/vocalist/harpist Josh Harp, who has taken an indefinite hiatus from the band. The band consists of bassist/vocalist Andey McFarlin, who goes by the stage name Firebird, drummer/vocalist Dock Johns, guitarist/vocalist Harry "The Perfesssor" Fink, and harpist/vocalist David "Big Dave" Perea. Influences include Bo Diddley, Muddy Waters, Howlin Wolf, Jimmy Reed, Freddie King, Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Johnny Cash.
