King Ivory's '90s comeback album, The Bitch Done Quit Me, is a loose, rocking collection of R&B and blues that ranges from New Orleans R&B to New York jump blues. There's a number of fellow Houston musicians supporting him, including a horn section, and the band plays the good-time tunes with a carefree, fun energy.
