Thanks Rooster. I dn't know what happened, but Lady A sued Lady Antebellum (now calling themselves Lady A). I think Antebellum was too complicated for their country fans.
You're most welcome Happymonk, glad you enjoyed the post. Thanks for your comment, it's appreciated. And I read an article myself on that name feud. From what I understand the name Lady Antebellum had some racist references and that's why they changed the name to Lady A. Obviously the real Lady A wasn't to thrilled about that.
Thanks Rooster! :) Antebellum means "before a war" and the term has been widely associated with the pre-Civil War period in the United States when slavery was practiced.
@Rooster, @daba. I'm aware that Lady Antebellum had some issues after BLM and George Floyd, and that they had patented Lady A in 2010 for merchandise. But Anita White has been using Lady A since the eighties and is not likely to go gingerly into the night and disappear. $$$$ HaHa
