Have you heard the rumble? Have you heard the sound? There is a TreynWrek a coming with no plans of slowing down. It’s hard to believe that just a little over a year ago TreynWrek emerged onto the music scene and have been gaining steam ever since. As soon as the Treyn left the station it’s been tearing up the tracks all over town building a huge reputation within the music community. This little high energy three piece blues-rock band from Spring, Texas has easily become one of the hottest acts in the Houston Area delivering original music with a unique sound along with classic rock and blues covers that will please any crowd. TreynWrek delivers a mix of originality, passion and they are devoted to putting on one hell of a show that you do not want to miss!! TreynWrek consist of Trey Dryden (Lead Guitar & Vocals), James “MudBug” Breaux (Bass Guitar) and Tim Hutto (Drums). It’s been said that Trey plays guitar like a man on fire and if you have seen him live you would believe it. When he picks up his guitar he turns into an animal and unleashes a sound that’s filled with electrified energy and passion. James and Tim are the heart beat of the band and pump out a steady groove that keeps the Treyn from slipping too far off the track.
In 2014, TreynWrek signed with Montrose Records and created their first full length CD “Turn Back Now” featuring guest musicians Eric Demmer, James “Boogaloo” Bolden, Chris Bergeron, Jack Lippa, Bernard Richard, Miranda Aston and Elissa Levitt. This CD is the real deal and shows the growth and passion these boys have in their music. They may be telling you to Turn Back Now but, there is no doubt that there is now turning back for TreynWrek as they keep rolling down the tracks to bigger and better things.

“Turn Back Now” was recorded and produced by Mr. Richard Cagle of Montrose Records and mixed and mastered by Grammy Award winning Mr. James Hoover. The CD features some extraordinary guest musicians such as James “Boogaloo” Bolden (BB Kings Trumpet Player and Band Leader) and Eric Demmer (former Saxophone player for Gatemouth Brown).
The music on this CD is definitely not a Train Wreck but a collection of tunes filled with passion, originality and a sound as big as Texas containing 11 original tracks that will keep your toes a tapping to the very end. The first track starts off like a train building up steam before leaving the station and once the engines kick in, its balls to the wall. Heading down the track you will be taken on a journey filled with traditional blues, psychedelic blues and rocking blues all the way to the end of the album until you pull into the TreynStation.
