When we made this CD, we decided we'd take a little bit of every musical style that we might play at a live show and put it all on one CD for the listener to take home with them. Hence, you find a true mix of styles, from the show stopping, soaring beauty of sax player Collin Tilton's "Soul Serenade" interpretation, to the ever funky drumming of Jon Peckman's take on "Sex Machine" to Cynthia Lyon's remake of Tina Turner's "River Deep Mountain High" to Anne Donohue's passionate version of the Otis Redding classic "These Arms of Mine". Add to that 4 of our best swing tracks ("Boot 'Em Up", "T'ain't What You Do", "Tell Me What I Did Wrong", "Do You Wanna Jump, Children"), include some swingy, bluesy originals, and you have a real party CD with something for everyone.
