Recorded mostly in 1976, with bonus tracks taken from a 1974 concert, King Biscuit Flower Hour: In Concert is quite possibly the best live Foghat album on the market -- it boasts better sound quality and lengthier jams than the somewhat abbreviated Foghat Live album from 1977, and it features the band during the prime years of their career, unlike the latter-day Road Cases. There's also a studio re-recording of "Leavin' Again" and a band interview padding out the disc, but the main emphasis is on the band's concert fireworks, and they deliver exactly what their fans want. /Steve Huey, AllMusic

To avoid further confusion, I took me the liberty to update the info text. Thanks to Anonymous (whoever you are) for pointing us to AMG, and of course thanks to BluzBug for the post.
