Blues Basement celebrated 25 years of playing the blues in December, 2010. This live CD features 13 songs from the concert. Classic blues songs interchanges with the band's own compositions. This CD shows the range of the blues: from warm and intense ballads, to Chicago shuffle, swing blues, and raw blues rock. Blues Basement has co-operated with major international producers like Mike Vernon and Bruce Iglauer. Vernon’s composition “Red Dress” is included on this live production. The band is Eirik Stensvik (guitar), Peter Glanfield (bass, vocal), Kjell Andreassen (vocal, guitar), and Odd Krogh (drums). Guest vocalists are Elisabeth Skaar Kristensen, Ole Marius Lund, and Marit Bakken. Additional musicians are Terje Jonassen (keyboard), Harald Olaussen (drums), and Trond Bliksvær (bass).
