We eagerly look forward to the new studio album by The Steepwater Band from Chicago. This was announced last year by the album 'Best Of Diamond Days "what the period as a three ended and announced the start of extra guitarist Eric Saylors. Not quite right, because this man was already excel on the live album Live & Humble 2013.
This sixth album "Shake Your Faith 'actually stood already for release in October last year. However, they were forced by the huge waiting lists in the record pressing plant to postpone the release. One that the have made pre-sale use were already rejoiced in advance with three digital tracks including the title song Shake Your Faith and Silver Lining (bonus track), which is already on the "Best Of album was found. The previously unreleased song, Rhapsody In Red (cover Jerry Garcia) was often found on the setlist of their live shows and now finally as a surprise to this album.
The album was again produced by Jim Wirt and included in the Crush Tone Studios in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim Wirt has left its mark on this record by bringing pop influences from ancient times through backing vocals with piano and organ. The album is a kind of love story in all facets that will be a tribute to the classic rock.
