Brother Tyrone, born Tyrone Pollard, became a regular in the live music scene of New Orleans by the time he was a teenager. His delicious vocals and charismatic stage presence garnered attention from local legends like Jessie Hill, Ernie K-Doe and fellow 2014 Jazz Fest performer Walter “Wolfman” Washington, all of with whom Brother Tyrone has shared a stage.

My man! Thank you, so much, Bluestender! Will be seeing him live, this weekend at French Quarter Festival. Used to have this album, but lost it somewhere along the way. Great blues/soul outing. Good friend of mine played the keys on it, but passed away about 2 years ago. RIP, Marc Adams.
