Representative of archaic blues, the acoustic one, played on the streets, in small clubs and at specialized festivals. A "busker" career that reflects the philosophy of true bluesmen, free from any musical constraints and capable of entertaining the public. He has acquired his own way of conveying emotions through the resophonic guitar, thanks to the study of the masters of the delta (Charlie Patton, Bukka White, Furry Lewis, Mississippi Fred Mc Dowell).After the experience with Papa Leg Band, PG met Marco Tinari with whom the Papa Leg Acoustic Duo adventure began in 2005, bringing the Mississippian Delta Blues Sound to the main Italian and foreign festivals. They tour in Europe (Poland, Finland, Switzerland and Holland) and in the United States (Mississippi and Tennessee), collaborating with several prominent artists (Jimbo Mathus, Olga Munding, Rich Del Grosso, Bill Abel, Jon Short, Elam Mc Night) and recorded two popular CDs, “Railroad Blues” (2007) and “Back To Mississippi” (2009).In 2011 PG began a solo career, continuously traveling on the roads of the blues. He returns to the recording studio, first as a guest of Paola Ronci, then of Jona's Blues Band, to finally arrive at his first solo work "At Home" (2015) which achieved considerable success in the specialized press, also repeated by the subsequent "Tales And Other Stories” (2016). After the collaboration with Gipsy Rufina on an album with folk blues flavors in the Fucense-Reatino dialect "Statale 578" (2020), in October 2021 he released his third solo album "Bad Days" and in 2023 he created, with RoughMax and Giannasso, the album: “Dispersi”.
