Recorded live on October 22, 1976 at the International Folk Music Festival & Jazz Jamboree in Warsaw, Poland, this set featuring Muddy Waters and his band, which featured Bob Margolin, Pinetop Perkins, Luther "Guitar Junior" Johnson, Jerry Portnoy, Calvin "Fuzz" Jones, and Willie Smith at the time, has been released several times under different titles and with different cover art, including as "Screamin' and Cryin': Live in Warsaw 1976" (2005) and as "Blow Blues Blow" (2009).
