The Steve Lott Band still holds the record for playing 39 weeks straight at The Jazz and Blues Club in Brisbane, Australia. The club is just a memory but the songs remain. The band went on to do some famously raucous shows at The East Coast Blues and Roots Festival in Byron Bay, NSW over the years. Here are ten of the best from this award winning group. Steve returned to his hometown of Lubbock, TX a decade ago but still tours Australia from time to time with his former mates. When he returned to the US, he was the guitar player for Kay Kay and the Rays appearing on the Big Bad Girl album. When that group broke up, he co-produced No Boundaries by Johnny Rawls and the Rays. He is still performing his Texas blues-rock, living in Lubbock now.
