2014 Chain Award finalists (Best Band or Duo, Best Album, Best New Act), BluesCorp is a rock'n blues-funk band from Australia's Gold Coast performing and recording a mix of powerful original material and a solid list of classics. BluesCorp music draws on the influences of such greats as Eric Clapton, BB King, Robben Ford, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Elvis, Little Richard, Buddy Guy, Junior Wells ... just to name a few.

The band was formed in 2010 by Guitarist/Singer/Songwriter Andrew Clark, collaborating the talents of 100 years of musical experience and offers a wide audience appeal across all demographics. In addition to being shortlisted for 3 Australian Blues Music (Chain) Awards, in 2014, BluesCorp's album entitled "Don't Wanna Be Famous was nominated for "Best Self-Produced CD in the International Blues Foundation Awards held in Memphis Tennessee. The band's live repertoire, like it’s recorded material, is a treasure trove of traditional blues and dance tunes infused with a bit of funk here and there, some jazz and a solid spattering of the bands own infectious original tunes.
