Àlex Thomas started playing the guitar and composing his own songs when he was 12 years old. He studied music at the Modern Music and Jazz Classroom in Barcelona and at Taller de Músics. He worked selling guitars at the store "Rock Avenue Shop" and founded the band "MESS" (Disorder) in 1990.

"GIVING TOO MUCH" is the second album by Alex Thomas, with the collaboration of Rafael Peligros and Castor Compadre.
