Anyone who has seen Bradley's Circus live once knows that this band evokes a lot of admiration. After Live in Holland and Shotgun Bunny, Bang Bang Wa Wee's is the band's third album around singer Mattanja Joy Bradley. On the CD, the previous bassist Toine Stout, who left the group in the middle of 2010, is specially thanked, and has since been replaced by Joris Verbogt. The previous CD was already a great achievement and Bang Bang Wa Wee's not only fits in seamlessly with that, but goes one step further. The 14 songs were recorded at the Dockside Studio in Maurice Louisiana under the direction of renowned producer John Snyder, who has worked with Lou Reed, Stan Getz, Aretha Franklin, Etta James and Derek Trucks, among others. The recording quality and sound are great.
