Néstor Pardo formed his first band in 2004 when he was only nineteen years. He led it as a singer, guitarist and composer until 2009. Formation Rock-a-billy, they released 2 albums and took their show around Spain and Europe, being headliners in several festivals in Holland or Germany. The charism of Néstor on stage he stands out from the first day and as proof of this he is photographed by Antonio Alay for the book "Rockin' Spain", a photography book about the Spanish Rock & Roll scene.
In 2008 he emigrated to Madrid to finish their studies at the School of Creative Music, graduating as a professional guitarist in music Modern. In the following years, which he dedicated exclusively to his studies, receives classes from Diego Araoz on Manouche guitar and a masterclass with Stochelo Rosenberg (The Rosenberg Trio).
While living in Madrid, he filed friendship with musician Roi Fontoira (The Phantom Keys / The Limboos). Tired of the prejudices and closed-mindedness of the Rockabilly scene and watching music as a synonym for freedom, he leaves The Loveless Cousins and forms the R&B and Swing band with Roi The Allnight Workers, with whom he fine-tunes his compositional ability, recording always homegrown songs except for a couple of covers on their first album. With The Allnight Workers he recorded two albums at Lightning Studios Recordings of Berlin which is published by the label Grabaciones De Impacto. They toured all over Europe and their prestige was increases with each new step, being included in several festivals, both from Jazz as Rock & Roll. The Allnight Workers become the European band of Lala Brooks (The Crystals).
In 2012 Néstor returned to his hometown and began to play as a musician of session for different formations (Northwest Pickers, The Hot Chocolates, Dixie Lovers, The Honky Tonkin Boozers, Rockers Go To Hell....).
In 2013 he decided to start a solo career playing his own music, leaving behind all the formations and thus beginning a new stage, in which the musician escapes from any label or prejudice. It was here that Pardo was born, who soon saw his first album, eleven tracks published of his own composition and a celebrated version of Harry Nilson's Everybody's Talking. Recorded with only its guitar and his voice, he begins to tour solo and work full time in the project..
After a couple of months, he called Miguel Martínez and Adrián Seijas as a band of accompaniment (double bass and drums, respectively). With this training presents the album throughout a good part of the country with excellent acceptance and selling out the 700 copies without any promotion or press support.
We arrive in October 2014. Néstor enters the studio again, this time with his band, to record what will be his second album. Twelve tracks of their own composition recorded live at Santa Cruz Recordings Studios and that will be released in January 2015 on the New H-Records label under the title of Let It Stay (2015). Pretty soon you'll have them playing very close to your home!
