Inspired by Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix even before birth, David Pannozzo is described by critics as one of the artists of contemporary blues most interesting of the new generation. His style has been described as a perfect blend between the style of Jeff Beck and that of David Gilmour.
He started playing guitar at the age of six years, graduating in classical guitar at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia in Rome. He performed in numerous clubs and festivals in Italy (Pistoia Blues, Ameno Blues, Blues in Town, HappisburghCommon Blues etc.) and abroad (The Bitter End in New York city, Bass Player in Los Angeles, IBC in Memphis, Ronnie Scott's in London, Fete de la Musique in Paris, International Jazz Fest in Bucharest, Taubertal Festival in Frankfurt, etc.). Tile known and extraordinary artists such as George Benson, David Garfield, Phil Palmer, Mark Mondesir, Young Love, and many others. (thank you daba for translating the original italian review to english)
