Christine Parri has literally been singing since the day she was born when the doctor in the delivery room noticed that her first cry was pitched at a high C.
Christine Parri grew up in a musical family in Perth, West Australia and from a very early age she started studying voice, drums, guitar, piano and songwriting. She later received professional training from Berklee school of music in Boston and world renowned vocal instructors in Australia and Los Angeles.
For the past few years, Christine has performed with, and opened up for many legendary artists in famous venues all over the United States, Europe, Canada, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Recently, Christine Parri has made Nashville
her musical home base and she recordedan original EP entitled "Countdown to the One" with top notch musicians and producers on music row where countless artists have recorded. Her songwriting style is rooted in blues music but there's no mistaking her pop sensibility and love for R&B and soul music. Music business executives and journalists have compared her sound to Aretha Franklin, Bonnie Raitt, Joss Stone and Susan Tedeschi, to name a few.
