"Silver Bird" by Collard Greens & Gravy won the Best Self-Produced CD Award at the International Blues Challenge (IBC) in February 2005. Collard Greens and Gravy are a Melbourne blues trio who play swamp delta blues. For a three piece, the band can really wail. Ian Collard is easily Melbourne's best harp player and does an exceptional job on this CD. The great thing about this album (mostly original) is that it flows almost seamlessly from one song to the next without losing momentum. For those who like a delta swampy kind of blues, this CD is a must have.

Thanks for this RR. Never seen these guys play live but I've seen them on TV in Australia and liked them.
